Compliance Assurance Partners is owned and operated by Bobbi Lyles, CRCM. Mrs. Lyles passion is empowering community banks through compliance auditing and advising. She realized early that community banks struggle to allocate funds and resources necessary to comply and compete alongside larger banks.
Her background is as a compliance officer at community banks; a compliance auditors specializing in deposits, lending, and BSA; and as a compliance consultant.
